Return & Refund Policy

At Theia, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns only at the moment of delivery — while the courier is still present.

Once the courier has left, we are unable to accept any returns or issue refunds. All delivery fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer regardless of the outcome.

We recommend inspecting your order carefully upon arrival before the courier departs.
